Do’s

  • Always refer to the product catalogue for proper end-of-life equipment handling instructions.
  • Always surrender your device exclusively to Authorized Recyclers, ensuring that only certified professionals repair or manage your electronic products.
  • Always contact our Authorized E-waste Collection Centres/Points to dispose of products that have reached the end of their lifecycle.
  • Always deposit your used electronic devices, batteries, or accessories at the nearest Authorized E-waste Collection Centre/Point once they are no longer functional.
  • Be aware that hazardous substances present in most e-waste products can negatively impact human health; therefore, ensure you sell, hand over, or surrender such items only to authorized recyclers.
  • Always disconnect the battery from the product and ensure that any glass components are safely protected against breakage before disposal.

Don’ts

  • Do not dismantle your electronic products yourself.
  • Do not throw electronics into bins marked with a “Do Not Dispose” symbol.
  • Do not discard electronic products in regular garbage bins or with municipal waste, as they will end up in landfills.
  • Do not store e-waste in your home, store, or warehouse for long periods. Once the product reaches the end of its life, hand it over to an authorized recycler.
